A “New World cider” made from old apple varieties cultivated in Polish orchards since the 19th century (including Kronselka and Cesarz Wilhelm), with added crab apples picked from Ursynów backyards. The taste is clearly apple-forward with citrus overtones and hints of yellow plum and stone fruit pits.

Chaenomeles
Cydr Dwaj Bracia Chaenomeles is an experimental combination of the sweetness of Idared and Alwa dessert apples with tart, aromatic flowering quince fruits (chaenomeles). Floral and herbal on the nose, fresh, wild, and tannic on the palate, with a distinct lemon-grapefruit profile.
Jonagold with Hops
Designed for hop and tart apple lovers.
A cider built on Jonagold apples, enhanced with Antonówka for a refreshing citrus twist. Cold-hopped with Slovenian “Styrian Golding” for spicy, floral hop aromatics.
Boiken
The most intense, dry, and tannic cider from Two Brothers. The 19th-century “Boiken” apple delivers bold bitterness. Combined with “Boskoop”, it creates a striking apple-citrus character tempered by sweetness from wild 40-year-old Idared trees.
Boskoop
A classic New World cider. Lightly tannic and citrusy thanks to the heritage “Boskoop Beauty” apples, with sweetness from the dessert-style Jonagold. Bursting with apple intensity and stone fruit notes (apricot, nectarine, peach) plus a subtle banana aroma — perfect for warm afternoons.
Lipowy idared
This is the cider where our story begins — a silver medalist at the Pomona Cider Competition in 2022
and a bronze winner at the Nordic International Cider Awards in 2023. Fermented with linden honey from Pole Mokotowskie, a vast green park in the heart of Warsaw, it gains characteristic bittersweet and spicy notes, lifted by the floral aroma of linden blossoms. The result is a wine-like cider with a true Warsaw soul — bold, expressive, and unexpectedly lyrical.
Cortland Blanche
For those who enjoy experimenting and discovering new flavors. This Cortland-based cider is fermented with modern Polish-grown hops (including Zula, Rody, and Zombie), bringing a bright, aromatic twist to the classic apple profile. There are distinct hoppy notes on the nose, while the palate brings tropical fruit, citrus, and the refreshing bitterness of a Belgian bière blanche. Awarded bronze medals at the International Cider Challenge in the UK in both 2024 and 2025 in the Flavoured Cider category.
Cortland
The most delicate cider from Two Brothers. Made from juice of the classic American Cortland apple, it undergoes an experimental two-stage fermentation (starting as wild, with cultured yeast added at a later stage). Expect notes of grapes and sweet stone fruits like pear and apricot.
Antonówka
Antonówka is an early-season apple variety from Eastern Europe, known for its bright, summery character. Our wild-fermented Antonówka cider is crisp and refreshing, with distinctive citrus notes and a clearly apple-forward aroma. Gently tannic, balanced by the sweetness of Alwa and the depth of Boskoop. The 2022 vintage was awarded the Grand Prix at the SISGA cider competition in Asturias.
Alwa naturalna
Alwa is a Polish apple variety known for its juicy, gently tarty character. The apples we used for this cider come from an old orchard south of Warsaw. Harvested in late autumn 2025, they ripened until the first frosts. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation gave this cider its distinctive caramel aroma and notes of campfire toasted marshmallows. The finish reveals tropical fruits, led by pineapple. The 2022 vintage was awarded silver medals at the NICA 2023 cider festival in Riga and SISGA 2023 in Asturias.
