The apples we used for this cider come from an old orchard south of Warsaw. Harvested in late autumn 2025, they ripened until the first frosts. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation gave this cider its distinctive caramel aroma and notes of campfire toasted marshmallows. The finish reveals tropical fruits, led by pineapple.
